Trump lawyers file motion to quash Fulton County special grand jury's final report
Lawyers for former President Donald Trump filed a motion in Fulton County to quash the final report of the special grand jury that investigated whether Trump and others interfered in the 2020 election. The motion also seeks to prevent the Fulton County District Attorney?s Office from using any evidence gathered during the investigation against Trump. Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell says Trump?s lawyers also want District Attorney Fani Wilis disqualified from pursuing a case against the former president.
