Fulton County commissioners vote to file federal complaint against Wellstar

Fulton County commissioners voted Wednesday to file a federal complaint against Wellstar after the healthcare system closed hospitals in Central and South Fulton last year. That vote to move forward with the complaint was not a unanimous decision.
