'Who would do this?': Several Atlanta cats wounded by pellet gun

Annette Nevels said it hurts her to think there is someone in her apartment complex who hates cat so much that they would use them as target practice. But she believes that may be the reality after getting the heartbreaking X-rays of her own feline back. Andy the cat has to have one of his legs amputated after being shot by a pellet gun. Nevels said Andy isn't the only cat limping around her complex.
