One of 23 defendants with domestic terrorism charges granted bond

Attorney Thomas Jurgens was one of two Georgia residents arrested during Sunday's attack on police officers at the site of the controversial public safety training facility. His attorney told the judge he was working as an observer and did not participate in the riot.
