Winter storm leaving the South, much of the region beginning to warmup

The severe weather storm that's been battering parts of the south is now on its way out of the region. For several days, freezing rain, sleet and snow blanketed towns from Texas to Tennessee. More than 400,000 homes and businesses lost power.
