'Finding Forgiveness' 01-05-2023
Forgiveness is letting go of resentment and anger, but it's easier said than done. Viewer Sha'Ton apologized but still can't let it go. She wanted to insure that there were no ill feelings, but afterwards felt betrayed by a relative. Dr. Teresca Lemon, licensed family therapist, says forgiveness is not for the other person, it's for you and what you do with it in this point in your life.
