Suspected Idaho student murderer agrees to extradition

The man charged in the murders of four University of Idaho students made his first court appearance Tuesday, formally agreeing to be extradited to Idaho. It comes as Indiana police release video of a traffic stop that took place as authorities were investigating the quadruple murder.
