Gov. Brian Kemp testifies in front of special Fulton County grand jury
It wasn't easy, and it took a ruling by the Fulton County Superior Court judge overseeing the grand jury investigation to make it happen. After months of, at times, tortured and tortuous negotiations, as Judge Robert McBurney described them, the judge ruled that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp must testify before the special grand jury, but, he let him wait until after the election.
