Community mourns man who who was killed for 'doing the right thing'

We're learning more about the man gunned down in the parking lot of Manuel's Tavern after confronting a thief. 54-year-old Dean Phillips was a father of five, an active member of the community, and a philanthropist. His family, friends, and colleagues mourn and honor his life.
