Coastal Georgia feels impacts of Ian as storm heads for second landfall

After moving over the Atlantic Ocean, Ian has once again become a Category 1 Hurricane and is heading toward the South Carolina coast. In Georgia, crews are getting ready to react to whatever damage the storm brings.
