1 arrested, 1 on the run in 7-year-old girl's deadly shooting

Atlanta police have made an arrest in the deadly shooting of a 7-year-old girl as the search continues for a second suspect. Ava Phillips was shot and killed during a domestic dispute at an apartment complex on Jackson Street in northeast Atlanta. The victim's father says the little girl was everything to him.
