Security officer's body cam reveals police response prior to rape

Body camera video shows officers responding to a restaurant hours before a woman claims a Georgia State University officer raped her. Investigators say the assault happened at a hotel across the street from the restaurant, where Gwinnett County police responded to a call. The security officer who made that call, believes the rape could have been prevented, if police had taken action when they arrived.
