DeKalb County hair store owner says thief ran away with thousands of dollars of merchandise

The owner of 'Yes I'm Beautifulll" in Stonecrest Mall shared with FOX 5 Atlanta footage of what she says is a thief who stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, including a $1200.00 50-inch wig and a $875.00 34-inch wig.
