Angeline Hartmann on the tip that solved a decades-old DeKalb County mystery

Former FOX 5 reporter Angeline Hartmann was the first reporter at the scene when officers found the body of an unknown young boy in a DeKalb County cemetery. The boy always stuck with her, and, 23 years after the child's death, she and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children helped solve the case.
