Atlanta City Council looking to rewrite rules for punishing 'problem businesses'

Nightclubs in Atlanta are making efforts to reduce crime, but city council members say that they may take action to rewrite the rules for repeat violator businesses with multiple serious incidents to see a nuisance action order and the possibility of facing a shut down upon conviction.
