Raffensperger declares victory in reelection bid

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger claims victory in the GOP primary in his bid for reelection. Raffensperger saying he believes the majority of Georgians are searching for honest people to run for public office, someone who would serve the public ethically without regard to the personal cost to do so.
