David Perdue backs Gov. Brian Kemp after GOP primary loss

David Perdue took to the stage on Tuesday evening announcing to his supporters that he had called Gov. Brian Kemp to concede the race and would do whatever it takes to back Kemp and beat democratic candidate Stacey Abrams.
