Gov. Brian Kemp wins in GOP primary defeating David Perdue
Gov. Brian Kemp won against Donald Trump-backed candidate David Perdue in the 2022 GOP primary. Kemp will face Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams in November's general election. The latest results showed that Kemp beat Perdue in the primary race by 50 points, 72% to 23%.
