Tri-Cities High School Athletic Director and Coach Kenneth Miller says that he feels betrayed after learning that he is being demoted and transferred to another school. Officials reported that Miller faced suspension last month when they say he grabbed a student who was later found with a gun in her possession. Miller said he acted on self defense.
