Former DeKalb superintendent 'blindsided' by termination

In a statement to FOX 5 Atlanta, Cheryl Watson-Harris said she was unaware her contract would be discussed during a board meeting on Tuesday. DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond responded to the abrupt change.
