Georgia lawmakers propose changes to teen driver laws

In 2005 Georgia adopted 'Joshua's Law' which only allows an immediate family member to be inside a vehicle with a teen driver within the first 6 months after receiving a license. New proposals call for adult non-family members to be permitted to ride along.
