John Rigsby, 20, is accused of helping overturn a car after the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Police 24-year-old Brendon Lopez and 39-year-old Robert Ehlers have been charged with institutional vandalism and criminal mischief. Police say 28-year-old Malcom Cox has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses. Police say Mark Thomason is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses. Police say Rubin Garrido is charged with: simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and related offenses. Police say 26-year old Alexander Mawescu has been arrested for disorderly conduct. Police say 24-year old Veasna Sary has been charged with criminal mischief and propulsion of a missile.
