VACAVILLE, Calif. - A California woman is saving the injured and neglected fowl, one chicken at a time.
Darcy Smith of Vacaville, Califronia is known as the crazy chicken lady.
Smith runs a chicken sanctuary and rescue in her backyard. From Belinda, whose toes were burned in the Camp Fire in Paradise, to Bennie, who gets around using a wheelchair device, Smith is giving these chickens a forever home.
