This adorable dog in Michigan is getting a much-needed pick-me-up in the last days of his life.
Things haven’t been easy for Buddy, a 14-year-old senior Lab mix. A few weeks ago, he unexpectedly lost his owner and was put up for adoption.
“He was very depressed and needed a home and some love,” his new owner, Loren, wrote on Facebook.
Buddy then found out he has cancer.
Loren wanted to make sure Buddy could live out his remaining days with joy.
So she and her fellow rescue volunteers created what they call “Buddy’s Bucket List” - from eating an entire box of treats for dinner to getting his very own Easter card!
