NEW ORLEANS - Over 80,000 people have flocked to the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans to watch an epic duo fight once again for the Super Bowl LIX title.

Super Bowl Halftime 2025: Who's performing?
What we know:
Kendrick Lamar is the first solo hip-hop artist to headline the Super Bowl halftime show. He has already announced that Grammy Award-winning R&B singer SZA will join him on the big stage.
But before that, Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle performed "America the Beautiful." Jon Batiste performed the national anthem. During the pre-show, Ledisi sang "Lift Every Voice and Sing."
