CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Police are searching for a missing man from Rex, according to the Clayton County Police Department. A Mattie's Call, Georgia's missing person alert system, was issued for 28-year-old Israel Tolbert.
The alert was issued Friday morning after Tolbert went missing at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday from his residence, according to police. He was last seen in the 6000 block of Valdez Drive.
Tolbert is described as a black male, 5'8" tall, weighing 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder, according to police.
He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and black gym shorts.
