HALL COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities arrested a 76-year-old man who police said exposed himself to a jogger in a park in Hall County.
Sheriff's deputies said Dover Nathan Welch showed his private parts to a female jogger in Lula Park on Tuesday.
Welch was taken into custody, and is being held at the Hall County Jail.
