DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Police in DeKalb County said two of their officers were fired upon during a traffic stop Friday afternoon.

It happened in the 3100 block of Thrasher Circle around 5 p.m. DeKalb County Police said their two officers pulled over a vehicle. That’s when shots were fired at the officers, police said.

One of the suspects took off running with an officer shortly behind. Police said both suspects were taken into custody.
The officers were not injured.
