DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - A person was fatally hit by a train in Douglasville on Friday, police say.
Details are scarce, but officials say it happened at the intersection of Fairburn Road and Highway 78.
The identity of the victim is unknown at this time.
Delays are expected on the east and westbound travel lanes.
