GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car in Gwinnett County early Thursday morning.
It happened on Jimmy Carter Boulevard at Everest Trail shortly before 5 a.m.
Police said the driver remained on scene and was arrested for driving without a license.
Investigators said the pedestrian was not in a crosswalk.
