FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - A Fulton County jury has found a housekeeper and two lawyers not guilty of unlawful surveillance for making a sex tape of former Waffle House CEO Joe Rogers, Jr.

Housekeeper Mye Brindle used a hidden camera to record the video in Rogers' bedroom.

It was a decision motivated by advice from David Cohen and John Butters, attorneys Brindle hired to bring a lawsuit against Rogers.

They advised Brindle to make the video.

The prosecution argued Rogers had a right to privacy in his own home.
