DUNWOODY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Dunwoody police have arrested a man they say is responsible for a bizarre attack with a baseball bat.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning at a home along Wynterhall Lane. Police said the homeowner heard glass break and called 911 reporting a possible break-in in progress.
Surveillance video shows the man taking aim at the front door handle, then a window, and then another window. Police said the man smashed out four windows at the home in the Wynterhall Subdivision off Chamblee Dunwoody Road.
Police now say the man in the video is 24-year-old Chadwick Weeks.
Officers arrested Weeks on Friday and charged him with second-degree criminal damage to property.
Police say they are still working to identify a second suspect and are urging him to turn himself in.
