Man arrested, accused of exposing himself at mall

COBB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A man was caught with pants down, literally, at a Cobb County mall last week.

Cobb County Police arrested a man who they said pulled his pants down and performed a lewd act in front of people.

Marcus McKenzie was charged with nude public indecency.

Officers said McKenzie exposed himself inside a store full of shoppers at Cumberland Mall last week.

Apparently, this isn't the first time he's been in trouble for this.

Records show McKenzie has been convicted of this same crime three times previously.
