FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - A judge will decide by Monday if the 15-year-old son of former Atlanta Falcon Kroy Biermann and reality star Kim Zolciak will get bond.
Kroy Biermann Jr. was indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on seven felony counts, including aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, stemming from an alleged April attack at an Alpharetta gym.
Defense requests home confinement and bond
