Police say the head-on crash involved a blue pick-up truck and red four-door vehicle near the South Carolina side of Talmadge Bridge. The driver of the truck, Cleaveland Coleman, of Savannah, was transported to a nearby hospital.
Logana was riding in the backseat of a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. Three others inside the car were taken to Memorial University Medical Center. No word yet on their conditions.
