GAINESVILLE, Ga. - The Gainesville Police Department is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Darvis Donquan Bledson for Murder.
On September 9, around 11:00pm officers responded to the 900 block of Athens Street for a shooting. 30-year-old Gainesville native, Terry Jerome (TJ) Maddox was shot multiple times and died on scene. Within hours of the shooting investigators named Bledson as a suspect. A murder warrant was issued the following morning.
Law enforcement has been following leads on the whereabouts of Bledson and is now seeking the public’s help in locating him. He is believed to be in the Atlanta metro area and should be considered armed and dangerous. Please call 911 immediately if you encounter him or know his whereabouts.
Bledson is 33-years-old, 5'5" and 175 pounds. Bledson has tattoos: Blackface underside left forearms, “Michelle” on neck, multiple on chest. Call investigator Raper with any information, 770-535-3783.
