Deputies: Indiana woman drove while intoxicated and did donuts on courthouse lawn

The Jennings County Sheriff's Office in Indiana arrested a woman and charged her with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, after deputies say she drove donuts on the courthouse lawn.

Deputies in Indiana arrested a woman Monday afternoon after they say she drove while intoxicated and did donuts on the courthouse lawn.

What we know:

The Jennings County Sheriff's Office arrested the woman, 68, and charged her with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (OMVWI).

In a post on their Facebook page, the Sheriff’s Office said:

A Friendly Reminder:

If you’ve had a few too many margaritas with dinner, please don’t get behind the wheel, and definitely don’t do donuts on the courthouse lawn.

What's next:

The Sheriff’s Office said the suspect was charged with numerous other charges, following the incident at the courthouse.

No injuries were reported.
