COBB COUNTY, Ga. - Firefighters rescued an elderly woman from her burning home in Marietta on Sunday.
Cobb County firefighters rushed to the home on Merry Oak Road as flames shot from the back corner of the house. Family members told them an 84-year-old woman was trapped inside.
They pulled the woman out of a bathroom window and began treatment. She's now in stable condition at the hospital and should be released by the end of the week.
