This adorable pint-sized warrior celebrated her defeat against cancer by proudly ringing the hospital’s ceremonial bell.

Zoey Jacobs, 1, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia back in September 2018. She sought treatment at Children's National Medical Center in Washington D.C., there she would spend the next seven months of her young life fighting the disease.

Her mom told FOX 5, "She is a strong little fighter and she did not let cancer beat her."

The toddler put up quite the fight because on Friday, May 11 her results came back-- there were no more cancerous cells in her body!

To celebrate the triumphant moment, she loudly and proudly rang the hospital's 'cancer free' bell where she was surrounded by family, friends and the great doctors and nurses who cared for her.

She ended the celebration with a victory party fit for a princess. Her family says they are so happy to finally have her home.
