DALTON, Ga. - Dalton authorities recovered the body of a 50-year-old man from Mill Creek on Saturday.
Police tell FOX 5 that Charles Franks was reported missing from Whitfield County.
His body was discovered just before 6 p.m.
At this time there is no obvious evidence of foul play. An autopsy will determine cause of death.
This investigation is on-going.
