A man breached security at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Wednesday.

Police sources said the man was able to get into a secure area with a knife and got into a fight with another employee.

The man, who was located in a sensitive security area around 5 p.m., was taken to jail after threatening other employees.

The worker reportedly began to act aggressively near the luggage screening area. They found a knife blade sticking out of his pants.

The alarms sounded and police got to him and detained him quite quickly.

One baggage handler was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The name of the man and charges against him have not yet been released.
