DECATUR, Ga. - You already know that there’s no place like home for the holidays. So, it only makes sense that there’s no brew like a homebrew during the holidays, too, right?
Homebrewing is becoming more and more popular, especially with the increase in kits available to the public. Nobody knows this better than Mike Castagno, a former commercial chemist who began brewing his own beer at home as a hobby. After more than a decade as an award-winning homebrewer, Castagno is now Chief Brewer at Twain’s Brewpub & Billiards in Decatur, and recently debuted his own brews at the restaurant.
