Jackson pledges to cut Georgia income tax at Forsyth rally

Republican gubernatorial candidate Rick Jackson held a final campaign rally in Forsyth County, pledging to freeze property taxes and cut Georgia income taxes in half as he and Democrat Keisha Lance Bottoms make their closing pitch to voters.
