Southwest Atlanta child death leads to arrest

Atlanta police arrested a 32-year-old woman in Wilkes County on child cruelty and concealment charges after automated license plate readers tracked her fleeing a southwest Atlanta townhome where a 4-year-old boy died, authorities said.
