Parents sue Midtown school after sudden closure

Midtown International School parents filed a class-action lawsuit against the Atlanta institution and its board of trustees after it abruptly closed in April. Court filings show the school held just $18,000 in cash while owing approximately $370,000 in prepaid tuition refunds to families.
