Woman arrested after 4-year-old found dead in townhome

Jasmaine Smoak was arrested in Wilkes County following a joint operation between local deputies and Atlanta homicide detectives. Police reportedly found a dead 4-year-old boy during a Sunday night welfare check at an Atlanta townhome. FOX 5 Atlanta's Aungelique Proctor reporting.
