Stacey Humphreys execution remains on hold

The Georgia Supreme Court upheld a stay of execution for convicted murderer Stacey Ian Humphreys. Cobb County Superior Court Judge Tyler Browning ordered the stay to evaluate a petition filed under the Georgia Survivor Justice Act.
