Hall County woman warns of utility check fraud

The FBI joined local law enforcement to investigate a mail theft operation targeting Jackson EMC customers. Hall County resident Sandra Davenport warned neighbors after a thief copied her signature and altered a mailed electric check at an Oakwood bank.
