3 charged in rent fraud scheme; 3 injured in truck crash

East Point police arrested three apartment workers for stealing $65,000 in tenant rent payments. Georgia State Patrol troopers investigated a head-on garbage truck crash on Highway 155 in Henry County on Friday.
