North and East Georgia face continued flood threat

We are monitoring remnant moisture from Isaias south of Interstate 16. While flash flood warnings have expired west of Atlanta, rotating storms continue to pose brief tornado threats across eastern Georgia. Rain chances will fluctuate into the evening before conditions improve on Sunday.
